Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "phdula," "we," "us," "our"refers to the phdula platform operated at phdula.pro, including all services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through the website.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phdula platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered phdula player account created in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Platform" means the phdula website at phdula.pro, including all pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited into a phdula account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives granted to a Player as part of a phdula promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using phdula is restricted or unlawful under applicable local law.

Eligibility and Age Verification

// 2.1 MINIMUM AGE

Access to and use of the phdula platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

// 2.2 GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY

The phdula platform is operated and regulated under PAGCOR for players physically located in the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether accessing phdula is lawful in your location. phdula does not represent that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

// 2.3 KYC VERIFICATION

All players are required to complete phdula's KYC verification process before real-money withdrawals are permitted. phdula may request at any time: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or PRC ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of the request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. phdula reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at its sole discretion.

// 2.4 RESIDENCY

By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of the Philippines and that you are not accessing phdula in violation of any law applicable to you. phdula does not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

Account Registration and Security

// 3.1 REGISTRATION

To use phdula's real-money gaming and betting services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

// 3.2 ONE ACCOUNT PER PLAYER

Each player may hold only one active phdula account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If phdula identifies duplicate accounts linked to a single individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any bonuses, promotions, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited. The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

// 3.3 ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdula account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. phdula will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdula immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

// 3.4 ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP

phdula accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with your account to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will render it immediately void, and all balances may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

// 4.1 ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

phdula accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary based on your account status and verification level. phdula reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

// 4.2 DEPOSIT TERMS

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your phdula account instantly for GCash and Maya channels. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one banking business day to reflect. phdula does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

// 4.3 WITHDRAWAL TERMS

Withdrawals may be requested by verified players with an active account in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three banking business days. phdula may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

// 4.4 WITHDRAWAL RESTRICTIONS

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement; (c) there is an ongoing fraud investigation or AML review associated with the account; (d) the account has been flagged for suspicious activity; or (e) the player has an outstanding dispute or chargeback associated with their account.

// 4.5 CURRENCY

All transactions on phdula are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. phdula is not responsible for any currency conversion losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of any conversion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

// 5.1 GAME INTEGRITY

All games available on the phdula platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or regulated live dealing processes. Game outcomes are determined by these systems independently of any human intervention by phdula. phdula does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

// 5.2 TECHNICAL ERRORS

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting session, phdula reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. phdula's decision on matters involving technical errors is final.

// 5.3 SPORTS BETTING RULES

Sports betting markets at phdula — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other available markets — are governed by phdula's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In general: (a) bets placed after an event has started may be voided at phdula's discretion; (b) results are settled based on official governing body results; (c) phdula reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any betting market at any time; and (d) maximum payout limits apply per event and per market as specified within the betting interface.

// 5.4 MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM BET LIMITS

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on phdula. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. phdula reserves the right to adjust bet limits for specific players, games, or markets at its sole discretion, including without advance notice, where phdula reasonably suspects abuse or where risk management considerations require it.

Bonuses and Promotions

// 6.1 GENERAL BONUS TERMS

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phdula are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

// 6.2 WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded to a player must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on games with a game contribution of less than 100% contribute proportionally to the Wagering Requirement.

// 6.3 BONUS ABUSE

phdula actively monitors for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay intent; using automated betting systems or bots in connection with bonus play; and exploiting promotional errors or unintended loopholes. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

// 6.4 MAXIMUM BONUS WIN

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings is capped at ₱50,000 per promotion, or five times (5x) the original bonus amount — whichever is lower. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdula platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one phdula account;
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any multi-player format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates Philippine law;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdula staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.

Responsible Gaming

// 8.1 COMMITMENT TO PLAYER PROTECTION

phdula is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. phdula takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

// 8.2 AVAILABLE RESPONSIBLE GAMING TOOLS

The following tools are available to all phdula players at no cost from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phdula platform.

// 8.3 SELF-EXCLUSION

Players who wish to self-exclude from phdula may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive any promotional communications from phdula. Self-exclusion periods of six months or longer are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Privacy and Data

phdula collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phdula.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a phdula account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdula is required under Philippine law — including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and PAGCOR regulations — to collect and retain certain personal and financial information from all registered players. This information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units as required by law, without prior notice to the player.

phdula implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect player data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based system is completely secure, and phdula cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phdula platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the proprietary property of phdula or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdula platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phdula content; use any phdula trademarks, trade names, or logos without prior written consent; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; or create derivative works based on phdula content.

Any unauthorized use of phdula's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

// 11.1 NO WARRANTIES

The phdula platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. phdula does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phdula does not guarantee that any specific game outcome, odds, or result will be achieved.

// 11.2 LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdula's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your phdula account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

// 11.3 EXCLUSIONS

phdula shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or special damages; (d) any losses arising from your reliance on information or content available on the platform; or (e) any losses arising from events outside phdula's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, or regulatory interventions.

Suspension and Termination

// 12.1 PHDULA'S RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CLOSE

phdula reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player; (e) account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or (f) where phdula is required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory authority.

// 12.2 PLAYER-INITIATED CLOSURE

You may close your phdula account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met their Wagering Requirements — will be returned to your verified payment method on file.

// 12.3 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. phdula will notify you via email prior to designating your account inactive. An administrative fee of ₱50 per month may be applied to inactive account balances, subject to applicable Philippine law. phdula will not apply inactivity fees that would reduce an account balance below zero.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to phdula's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved internally within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of phdula shall be conducted in the Philippines, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.

Amendments to These Terms

phdula reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phdula will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered players and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of these Terms — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the phdula platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.2. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current revision in force.
